Standard Delivery – (estimates only)
All orders received will be posted on the next Business day.
NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC metro: 1-3 business days
SA and TAS metro: 3-5 business days
WA, NT metro: 5-8 business days
All regional areas: 1-2 additional business days to metro estimates above
Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

Requests for delivery on specific days cannot be guaranteed when standard shipping is selected; however we will always do our best to aim for delivery on the requested date

Express Delivery
The majority of express orders placed before 9am (Brisbane AEST) Monday to Friday are delivered the following business day, however this is not guaranteed. All orders received after 9am will be posted on the next Business day.

Deliveries to remote regional areas may take 2-4 business days for delivery

Express delivery is available to PO Box addresses

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS, PLEASE NOTE:
As the customer, you are responsible for checking you country’s customs and duty tax restrictions. Australia the Gift is not liable for any penalties you may incur as part your country’s legislation. Please keep this in mind when ordering large quantities of goods and or potentially restricted items such as wool, fur and wood products.

Returns

The goods you purchase come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product is faulty, broken or otherwise non-compliant with a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law please contact us at info@emporiumhotels.com.au as soon as possible with your name and order number and we will advise you on the next steps.

Damaged items

Unfortunately, and despite our best efforts, items are occasionally damaged in transit. If you notice that an item is damaged when it is delivered to you, please contact us at info@emporiumhotels.com.au within two days of delivery with clear digital photos showing the damage. We will then be able to advise you on the next steps. Please do not return the items without contacting us first.

The steps we offer will depend upon the circumstances. We may arrange to replace the product (subject to availability), provide you with a partial or full refund of the purchase amount or work with you to arrange repair of the item by a local tradesperson in your area. If we require you to return the product to us, we will pay the cost of the return.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases where we deem damage to a product to be due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions or failure to take reasonable care.

Change of Mind

We understand that although shopping online for homewares and gifts is convenient, once you get the product home it may just not be exactly how you thought it would be.

You can return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase and we will offer you a full refund. The return postage is your responsibility.

The item(s) are to be unused, in original packaging with any labels still attached and that you take care to pack the items carefully when returning as the goods must arrive in the same condition as when they left us.

You may wish to return the goods via registered mail to ensure their safety as we do not take responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Please note if your order attracted a postage/shipping fee, we cannot refund this amount but will provide you with free delivery on your exchanged items. We will make sure the return process is kept as simple as possible for you.

Refunds

Once we have received your return and confirmed that the item(s) are unused, undamaged and unmarked, and in their original packaging we will process your refund within 5 business days.

On rare occasions we may decline to offer a refund if your return is more than 30 days after purchase, if the products are marked, damaged, used or do not have their original and undamaged packaging.

For returns from orders that were placed during a discount promotion or using a voucher/coupon the refunded value will be the total amount paid.

Where part of a multi-item order is returned the refunded value will be the listed price for that item at the time of the order less the amount of the discount that was applied to that item.

For returns from orders that included a delivery charge, only the cost of the items returned will be refunded.
