- All orders for the Emporium Takeaway Menu must be received at a minimum of 30 minutes prior to requested delivery time.
- No cancellations are permitted and therefore, no refunds will be issued for any items purchased from the Emporium Takeaway menu.

Free Delivery for TAKEAWAY MENU: can occur from 7am - 10pm daily for anyone in a 500 metre radius to Emporium Hotel South Bank. Please make notes for your requested delivery times in the comments section at checkout. If we are unable to make this time, someone will contact you to arrange a new time.

- Orders can be collected from Emporium Hotel Reception.
- No deliveries will be left in residential corridors - someone must be home to take delivery.
- If an item ordered is unavailable, you will not be charged for the item.

- Limits on products will be enforced, please check each product for it's individual limit.
- The team will contact you before making any delivery to ensure someone is home. If you do not answer they will call back to arrange an alternate delivery time.
