EMPORIUM MARKET POLICY

• All orders for the Emporium Market must be received by 12 NOON for next day delivery.
• No cancellations are permitted and therefore, no refunds will be issued for any items purchased from the Emporium Market i.e. grocery/bottleshop items purchased, except for out of stock items.
• No orders for the Emporium Market are processed on Saturday or Sunday. For a Saturday, Sunday or Monday delivery from the Emporium Market - Orders must be placed by midday Friday.
• Free Delivery: can occur from 10am - 10pm daily for anyone in a 500 metre radius to Emporium Hotel South Bank. Please make notes for your requested delivery times in the comments section at checkout. If we are unable to make this time, someone will contact you to arrange a new time.
• $5 Delivery Fee: Will occur from 10am - 10pm daily for anyone 501 metres -2km radius to Emporium Hotel South Bank. Please make notes for your requested delivery times in the comments section at checkout. If we are unable to make this time, someone will contact you to arrange a new time.
• Pick up in Store: can occur from 10am - 10pm daily. Please make notes for your requested collection times in the comments section at checkout. Orders can be collected from Emporium Hotel Reception.
• No deliveries will be left in residential corridors - someone must be home to take delivery.
• If an item ordered is unavailable, you will not be charged for the item.  We will  substitute the unavailable item with a similar product if able.
• Emporium Market prices are subject to change without notice.
• Limits on products will be enforced, please check each product for it's individual limit.
• The team will contact you before making any delivery to ensure someone is home. If you do not answer they will call back to arrange an alternate delivery time and your order will be held for a 24 hour period.
